AndersElite recruitment and selection process may involve up to three stages depending on the position you are applying for.

The first step involves submitting an up-to-date career resume. Should you have the right experience or skills that we consider transferable there is a good chance that you will be invited to attend an interview with the appropriate department or regional manager.

For certain positions you may be required to sit both an aptitude and psychometric test. Do not be concerned, you will be notified of these in advance of your interview. All tests are designed to assess capabilities relevant to the role for which you are applying and are a useful tool in helping us to find out a bit more about you.

At the interview you will be asked to provide a synopsis of your education and career experience and give answers on how you have handled different situations. Remember that this is your day so please feel free to ask us as many questions as you consider appropriate.

Assuming that you are successful at this stage you will be offered the opportunity to spend half a day at the office you are looking to join. This will provide you with a valuable first hand insight into the business, working environment, personalities and culture.
